The Five Great Elements
Ancient Indian philosophy is of opinion that all materials, living or non-living are made of five fundamental
elements called, Panchamahabhutas. The equilibrium of these five elements in the body denotes health while
their imbalance or disturbance denotes disease.

During our stay we will explore the elements through~

Crystal Yoga-
Crystals and precious stones will be available to practice with and create your own healing grid.
For example:
Chalcedony-
Energy: Receptive
Element: Water
Chakras - Throat
Planet - Moon
Powers: Peace, anti-nightmare, travel, protection and luck.


Jade Yoga-
Heart centered practice followed by a self-message with a palm sized Jade and dosha appropriate oils.
The word for oil treatments in Ayurveda is snehana from the word sneha meaning oiliness, unctuousness,
fattiness, lubricity and viscidity but also meaning love, attachment to, fondness or affection.

Isis Yoga-
Isis was an Egyptian Goddess.
She is known as the
Universal Mother, Mistress of all elements,
Earth as a fertility Goddess
Air through her association with wind especially the North wind
Fire as a solar Deity she is described as Maker of the Sunrise and the Brilliant One in the Sky
Water as she was linked to the flooding of the Nile
Isis' esoteric attributes include intuition and perception.
She is related to the third eye chakra the centre of illumination and insight.
She is the embodiment of the feminine as a vessel for divine expression.

Excursions included are:
Nauyaca Falls Horseback
riding Tour
This fantastic tour takes you
to the breathtaking Nauyaca
Falls on horseback. Starting
at 8:00 AM, you trek through
the jungle on horseback for
45 minutes to Don Lulo's
home for breakfast and
photo ops with tame toucans
and macaws. Following that
is a half-hour trip by horse to
the Nauyaca Falls, where you
can swim in the pools or
jump from the falls. Upon
returning to Don Lulo's
home, you are served an
excellent lunch, then led
back to the starting point.  


Osa Canopy Tour
Probably the best zipline tour
in the area is located near
the town of Ciudad Cortez,
about 35 mins from Costa
Paraiso. 11 lines in all and a
Tarzan swing to finish the
trip. Fruit and refreshments
are provided after the tour.
They also offer a waterfall
repelling tour here as well.
