Crystal Yoga
| Many of us practice Yoga because we know that to stay healthy and balanced we must not only take care of our physical body, but our energy bodies as well. Each of our energy bodies, the etheric, astral, mental and spiritual, have their own vibrational frequency. Together they make up our aura. Crystals and stones affect the enteric body which extends a short distance from our physical outline. Changes in the etheric field affect our physical health and emotional wellbeing. Crystals and stones amplify our thoughts and intentions. Our bodies are like the antenna and stones are like the router helping to pull in a signal. . |

- At the beginning of class each yogi will set out their mat and come
into the present with their breath - They will then open their hearts to set their intention for that days
practice. - Each yogi will choose 1-3 stones to work with for the day
- We will hold the stones to our heart and silently restate our
intentions - The stones will be placed at the front of our mat
- A Hatha routine follows
- During savasana, your stones can be placed on or around you
- A 15 minute meditation concludes our class
- The stones are placed in a bowl of brown rice to cleanse
- All stones are hand washed, cleansed and charged before each class
- Katrina will always have 5-10 reference books if you are interested
in looking up your stones and there properties
