Bringing Yoga & Gymnastics right to your school! |
| GYMZONE |
| Once a week, GYMZONE provides a safe, non-competitive, fun filled class complete with brightly colored equipment and choreographed movements that motivate and challenge your child while having tremendous amounts of fun! Students have trained with us for years. Their teachers and parents tell us of noticeable improvements in self-confidence and awareness. Many of our schools have incorporated our breathing and stretching routines into their circle time. Every week GYMZONE leads our imagination on a new adventure. For example, we may use our bees breath to cartwheel on a rainbow, roll over the roses, and skip the sprinkler! We come back together for a review and a stamp of encouragement. Our professional, experienced teachers challenge each student at their own pace so your child can join GYMZONE at any time and feel truly comfortable. |
| GYMZONE would love to come to your school and give your students ages 3-6 a free demonstration class! Or Schedule a staff development workshop for your teachers. This workshop provides fun effective yoga concepts that are being used in many schools with amazing results! For more information contact Katrina at full.circle.kd@gmail.com |

| "When Nate wakes up on GYMZONE days I can always get him to hop right out of bed by reminding him "it's GYMZONE day!" It's a highlight of his week and so convenient for me." Paige V. |
| "Maria has been challenging me at home, she will say can you do this Dad? (as she balances as a tree) It's been making me think I don't know if I can. We end up practicing together!" |

| Thank You so much for teaching Andy. I'd like you to know how much we appreciate your care and encouragement! Andy LOVES "GYMZONE" time! Love Andy's Family |

| How Yoga Benefits More Effective Learning * Chronic stress inhibits learning. Restful yogic practices, such as savasana (relaxation) and pranayama (breathing techniques), can invoke the relaxation response in the autonomic nervous system, allowing learning to progress more effectively. * Postures such as eagle pose and twisting triangle are cross-merdian movements that help to coordinate communication between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. This can aid in improved reading and spelling skills. * Balance poses improve concentration and focus. * Mindfulness helps to alleviate unhelpful negative emotions that hinder memory function. * Increase resilience and decrease reaction time.
