Good Morning Yoga September
Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 am.
This is an all levels practice designed to warm and wake the body, focus the mind and create a sense of flow and ease for your day. This session includes 9 classes conducted through Zoom.
Personalized yoga practice
In the beginning times of yoga, there were no classes, no groups. If you were dealing with something you went to a yogi who would offer you a specific routine. It may have consisted of asana (poses), Pranayama (breath work), mantras, mudras, and or meditations specific to your ailment. By working one on one we can build a yoga "tool box" that is just for You!
Get back to basics September
Wendesday's 9:30-10:30 am
This class is dedicated to getting you through the week. Enjoy the stability of the basic principles of asana, breath & meditation. This is a 5 week session that begins in September 2
Tehom Women's Retreat
